NAVTEQ needed an addition to their Web Store that would allow users to download updates for their GPS navigation systems.
Front End Developer. I designed the UI, navigation and homepage layout.
When the users first visited the page, they were met with a country selector. It allowed them to reach the correct translated version of the site. This stored a cookie in their browser that would remember their language setting. The site was translated into German, Dutch, Spanish, French, and Italian. The interface loaded languages from XML based on what language the user selected. A dropdown on the left side of the page took users to the correct download.
